Storage room for sports equipment as well as laundry room are available in the basement. 3 opened parking spaces in front of the house. In winter 4x4 or snow chains are required, alternatively you can leave the car at the beginning of the 300 meter long access road.

Laundry with washing machine for the common use as well as a store room for skis and sports equipment. 1st floor: Living room with sitting area, large dining table and TV (satellite and DVD player). Access to the balcony from the living room.
