The chalet is part of the same building as our apartments but has its own private entrance and offers around 120 m² of space – perfect for large families or groups of friends.There are four bedrooms in total: three rooms feature comfortable double beds, and one room has two single beds – ideal for children or friends. The cozy living room also includes a high-quality sofa bed for two additional guests. Traditional wooden interiors and warm details create a welcoming, authentic alpine atmosphere.The chalet offers two fully equipped bathrooms with shower and toilet, plus a separate shower unit – ideal when traveling with multiple guests. The large kitchen includes everything you need for self-catering: oven, stove, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine, and all essential utensils for social cooking.One of the highlights of the chalet is its three cozy outdoor areas: a private terrace and two balconies provide perfect spots for sunny breakfasts, relaxing afternoons, or mild evenings with mountain views.Wi-Fi and private parking directly in front of the house are included. For your ski gear, the chalet has its own private ski room exclusively for guests. Pets are welcome – a small fee applies.Located on the peaceful edge of Saalbach, the chalet is a perfect year-round base. In winter, you're just moments away from the slopes of the Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn.
