Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Poor communication and cleanliness

Didnt realise you need to contact prior to arroving to be let in. Ended up having to pay again for another room so no pleased. Was not clean, bed had hair all through it. Floor had dirt all over it.
