Summary:
Welcome to "Atlantic Dream", Rye's newest boutique rental accommodation. With 10 units on the property, all with stunning water views, across the street from the ocean, and a short walk to Wallis Sands Beach. Unit 3 features sizable front windows with an ocean view and a comfortable couch to accompany it. Don't want to sit inside to enjoy the view? Relax on your private deck with ample outdoor furniture for everyone to join in on taking in the breathtaking sites and sun.

The Space:
Now accepting 30+ night stays starting Nov 1st-April 30th.

Unit 3 is a recently renovated, newly furnished 2-bedroom, 1-bath, single-level apartment sleeping up to 6 people in 2 queen beds and 1 sleeper sofa. This unit is one of two units in the side-by-side middle dwelling. The kitchen is fully equipped. Clean linens, towels and basic toiletries are provided for all guests.

✫ We provide a starter supply of essentials (shampoo, body soap, hand soap, paper towels, and toilet paper), coffee, sugar, and creamer to help you settle in. These items are intended to get you through the first few days of your stay. If you anticipate needing more, please plan to bring additional supplies.
✫ There is no laundry facility on-site. However, we ensure you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay with all the necessary amenities. Please note that all outdoor furniture is stored from November 1st - mid-May.

Cleaning - Our cleaners are taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations (doorknobs, surfaces, light switches, remote controls, tables, fan and lamp chains, thermostats etc).

Important - We have a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of our property facing the outside of our entrance. This is not monitored but does record. We also have a Minut noise monitor system located inside the property in the kitchen/living room. This is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, it does not record sound but allows us to respond to noise nuisances in a timely manner to ensure all neighbors are being respected. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. These are to keep all guests safe and to keep the property secure. Thanks for understanding!

The Neighborhood:
The Town of Rye, New Hampshire is located on the Atlantic Coast, a one hour drive by car from Boston, Massachusetts; Portland, Maine or the foothills of New Hampshire's White Mountains. Although Rye has a total area of 35.5 square miles, 64.45% of it (22.9 square miles) is wetland or marsh. The Town of Rye has the longest stretch of coastline of any New Hampshire coastal town and also contains four of the nine islands known as the Isles of Shoals which lie approximately ten miles off the Rye shores. Rye is known for it's beautiful unique beaches, tasty seafood, plenty of coastal fun and is ideally sandwiched between Hampton to it's south and Portsmouth to it's north.
