Being on the back side of the mountain eliminates light pollution from the city. Take a walk, just one mile from Lake Dardanelle State Park. A quick trip down the mountain gives you access to Russellville shops and restaurants. Peaceful and quiet with natural habitat.
The space
3 bedroom home(blackout blinds in 1 bedroom for day sleepers) with 1 bath, full kitchen, laundry room, living room, Den, back patio, grill, fire pit and wifi. Beautiful star filled skies and sunsets over Lake Dardanelle. Little to no light pollution.

Access to whole house, 3 bedrooms and 1 bath with outdoor space in the front and back. Private driveway with one car carport. Plenty of room for trucks and boat trailers.
