Wonderful staff. Some of the most friendly in the Czech Republic. I rarely dine in hotel restaurants but the deer filet in the Winestone restaurant was next level phenomenal. I will 100 percent stay here again if ever in Ostrava.

Good, but not great.

Small, odd shaped room with tiny, not always working TV. Bathroom was very nice. Can't say anything about restaurant, but staff was very friendly and helpful.
