A stay at The Melegran places you in the heart of Rovinj, steps from Grisia Street and Balbi's Arch.
We had no way of contacting the hotel. There was no answer to either of the numbets we found, we took a taxi then walked to the hotel, with suitcases, up hill. To leave, they took us to the bus station in their golf cart. Lots of stairs, not so easy for us, TV did not work.
