Appart calme et sympa, par contre escalier dangereux et environnement pas très cool niveau vue et rangement, pas de place pour se stationner dehors sinon a plusieurs minutes à pied, porte garage difficile à ouvrir, télévision n'a pas fonctionné et longue attente pour eau chaude.
