Welcome to Le Rêve Doré, this charming flat on the 2nd floor of a historic building, just a stone's throw from Rouen station, is centrally located close to everything you need to discover Rouen and enjoy the surrounding area.
On the second floor of a secure building, this 27 m² flat comprises a fitted and equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, a bedroom and a shower room with WC.
In the main room, you'll find a lounge with a sofa and a fully-equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, ceramic hob, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle and kitchen utensils).
In the separate bedroom, you'll find a 140x190 bed with chest of drawers and bedside tables.
There is also a shower room adjoining the living room, with a washbasin, towel rail, hairdryer, iron, shower and WC.
The property is equipped with fibre optics and a smart television for easy access to all your applications (Netflix, Deezer, Spotify, YouTube, etc.).
Bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort.
No private parking is available with the accommodation. However, you will be able to park your vehicle in the streets around the accommodation according to the rates in force in the town. The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, which is available 7 days a week from 10am to 12.30pm and from 2pm to 9pm.
