Valley Hideaway, peaceful and quiet. No Vape no Smoking property

Our Rural property is set on approx 5 acres of mature trees, gardens and paddocks. We are 15 mins from Rotorua Central, and close to all attractions. Skyline, Thermal Pools and the Redwoods are all within 20 mins. We are an hour away from Hobbiton and Taupo perfect for a day trip. We have Sheep, Chickens and Tonkinese Cats that may say hi. Valley is very cosy with a comfy Queen size Bed and its own Entrance and area to sit and relax. It has its own private en-suite. There are NO cooking facilities, however there is a Toaster, Microwave and Plates etc to make a simple meal and Breakfast. Tea and Coffee are provided and there is a small fridge to keep beverages cold. Check in time is between 3 and 6pm unless prior arranged and check out time is before 10am. We are a Vape, Smoke and Drug free property. We have a no party policy, visitors are by arrangement only.

Make yourself comfortable in this apartment, featuring a kitchenette with a refrigerator and a microwave. There's a private patio. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a Smart television is provided for your entertainment. Conveniences include a desk and a coffee/tea maker.
