Welcome to Central Inn - two character filled homes on one property, comfortably sleeping up to 8 guests, in the heart of Rotorua City.

'Central Heritage Villa' and 'Timber Retreat' sit side by side and can be booked separately (through our other listings), or together here.

Both properties at Central Inn are brimming with personality and unique features, promising a holiday to be remembered for all the right reasons.

Situated in the heart of the city, Central Inn is walking distance to many shops, supermarkets, thermal hot pools and spas, parks, attractions and more. So, if you're looking for convenience and charm, you've come to the right place!

Central Heritage Villa
The main villa is spacious, warm, and filled with personality and charm. It offers 3 bedrooms (King, Queen, and Twin) and 1 bathroom, comfortably sleeping up to 6 guests. The most unique feature would have to be the grand library, which has a secret door leading to another room - usually something only seen in movies!

Timber Retreat
Tucked in behind the main villa is a self-contained cosy timber cottage, with a queen-sized bed, ensuite and kitchenette, just perfect for an 2 additional guests. The log cabin style rooms with timber features and country charm promises an unforgettable experience.

There is plenty of off street parking between the villa and cottage, as well as in the driveway, for up to 5 vehicles.
You will have the entire property to yourself and access to both the villa and the cottage.

For those needing to stay connected there is TV and WIFI. Fresh commercial linen is also supplied, so you don't need to bring a thing.

An array of attractions are all within a 5-10 minute drive - including geothermal sites and hot mineral spas, the gondola, luge and Zorb, native forest canopy tours, the Agrodome and lion park, the Redwood Forest tree top walks and world class mountain biking trails, markets, cafes and eateries, just to name a few!

We have a strict no party policy here. Quiet hours are from 10pm-7am.
