The home is located in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from the beach and all the amenities of Rotonda West.


❖ Pool Heating: The pool can be heated upon request for $49/day. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you’d like this added to your stay so we can prepare accordingly.

❖ Single-Level Home: The property is all on one level, making it convenient for guests of all ages.

The house was very clean. Kitchen had a variety of appliances and cookware. Layout of house was very comfortable, giving enough room for privacy. We had a minor plumbing issue that the host responded to and resolved quickly.

A Low-Key Dream

My girlfriend and I had an amazing trip to Florida, using Rotunda West as our homeport. Exactly as described, wonderful, quiet, normal neighborhood. The pool was immaculate and warm and the house was outfitted with everything we needed. Highly recommend.

Winter getaway

Checking in and out was very easy. The house was very nice. It was clean, roomy and had a well stocked kitchen. We absolutely loved the heated pool. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly and we felt very safe walking and riding bikes. Everyone we met was very nice and welcoming.
