Rotherbaum accommodation with spa

My room was very clean. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfast was fresh and offered lots of variety. Did not utilize parking, but the hotel is centrally located near various forms of public transportation. We were able to bike, bus, or use the rapid transit quite easily. This hotel is in a great location near many shops and cafes. I highly recommend and hope to return some day!

The entire property is fabulous. The staff is old school classical friendly. A joy to stay at. They are very accommodating. We travels with a dog who had his own bed provided by the hotel. Love this place.

We didn't eat in the restaurant because there are plenty of options locally, including breakfast bakeries. The service in the lobby area (Emil's) was good and the choice of refreshments was good; prices reflected the ambience, cosy and plenty of seating. The room was excellent. The air conditioning was easily adjustable, and the bathroom facilities were ideal.

close to train station staff welcoming and friendly room clean and bright plenty of lights bathroom had great heated towel rail heating very good in the room did not take breakfast so can't comment had a very comfortable stay and would recommend this hotel when visiting Hamburg good value for money
