The bright, friendly apartment on the 1st floor consists of 3 rooms, kitchen, shower room with WC, bidet, hairdryer, small storage room, a sunny west-facing balcony and a large balcony with a view of the Warnemünde spa gardens. The living space is approx. 75 m². Living room with large flatscreen (Internet), free WLAN, safe, sitting area and dining table. In the TOP fitted kitchen with induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer you can enjoy breakfast or look out over the greenery from the spacious roof terrace.
Both bedrooms are furnished with box-spring double beds. Each bedroom has a flatscreen (internet). The apartment is reserved for non-smokers. A parking space is available at the house free of charge.
Towels and bed linen are also included in the price.
