die Lage der FeWo ist wunderbar. Die Schlüsselübergabe war sehr gut und unkompliziert organisiert. Die Wohnung war nett eingerichtet, bei der Sauberkeit ist noch Luft nach oben (2 Schubladen waren klebrig-schmutzig, die Dusche hatte etwas Schimmel in den Fugen, Gefrierfach war total vereist).Flaschenöffner und Kaffeemaß fehlen. Im Schlafzimmer war der TV Empfang der meisten privaten Sender nicht möglich, das Internet war in der ganzen Wohnung zu 50 % der Zeit nicht verfügbar.Dass wir einenTiefgaragenstellplatz nutzen sollen (5 min zu Fuß), haben wir erst kurzfristig erfahren. Der Toröffner für die Ausfahrt hat nicht funktioniert, weil die Anleitung dazu falsch war. Dies wurde auch während des Aufenthaltes nicht repariert. Eines Tages ließ sich die Balkontüre im Schlafzimmer nur teilweise schließen, unser Anruf beim Vermieter (...jederzeit anrufen...) landete bei beiden angegebenen Tel-Nr auf dem AB, Rückmeldung erfolgte ZWEI Tage später!

Toller Urlaub in Warnemünde

Wir waren ca. 1 Woche in Warnemünde. Die Unterkunft war super. Tolle Lage, sehr sauber, hübsch eingerichtet und entsprach genau der Beschreibung. Absprache vorab bzgl. Schlüsselübergabe und Parkplatz liefen problemlos. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen auch gern wieder. Nur zu empfehlen.

Tolle Wohnung in bester Lage

Die Wohnung ist wirklich wunderbar. Groß, sauber, schöne Zimmer, modernster Standard. Wir waren mehr als positiv überrascht. Die Kommunikation bei evtl. auftretenden Probleme verlief einwandfrei. Die Lage ist auch perfekt. Wenige Gehminuten vom Strand und der Promenade entfernt. Der Bäcker ist auch ganz in der Nähe. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und kommen gerne wieder
