This cute and trendy house is in a quiet and safe residential area. Featuring 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, both bedrooms with queen size memory foam mattresses. The living area features a comfy sofa and lounge chair as well as a dining room table with seating for 4 people. The kitchen features fun emerald green cabinets, a desk, and washer/dryer. Relax on the back porch or in the screened in porch. There is a dehumidifier in the kitchen to help with humidity in the house. It is to remain on at all times and not be touched or moved.

House Rules:
-Quiet hours: 10pm-6am
-Pets are welcome provided they are disclosed at booking and the pet fee is paid. Pets must be contained in an owner provided crate/cage if being left alone in the property. There is a $200/day of reservation fee if pets are not disclosed or if more than 2 pets are brought into the property.
-Check out is at 11 am. There is a $50 per every 15 minute increment that guests remain in the property past check out.
-Smoking is not allowed in the property. If anyone smokes in the property there is a $200/day of reservation fee.
-A dehumidifier is in the kitchen to help with humidity in the house. It runs 24/7 and is not to be touched, turned off, moved, or tampered with in any way. If the dehumidifier is touched in any way there will be a $200 fee.
