The surrounding area offers numerous possibilities. A bike ride will take you to the port of Sundsöre, where the ferry to Hvalpsund departs. You can also swim in the fjord; there is a bathing jetty south of the harbor in the summer months. Visit Thise and the small cheese store in the local dairy.
