This charming holiday home is set within an ancient mill dating back to the early 1500s, surrounded by a large private fenced park of approximately 8,000 m². Immersed in the peaceful Tuscan countryside and close to the sea, the property has been carefully restored to preserve its original structure and historic character.
The holiday home is located on the ground floor, is completely independent from the rest of the building, and offers 95 m² of comfortable living space. It features a spacious living room with a fireplace and satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchen, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom with shower, washbasin, toilet, and bidet. The kitchen includes a fridge with freezer, 4-burner hob, oven, dishwasher, and a full set of crockery and accessories.
The private entrance opens directly onto an exclusive-use garden enriched with aromatic Mediterranean plants. Guests can enjoy a large barbecue area, as well as free parking adjacent to the holiday home. The accommodation is suitable for up to four guests, and one pet is welcome.
The property is conveniently located 30 km from Pisa Airport, 16 km from the Rosignano Marittimo exit of the A12 motorway, and 1.7 km from the S.R. 206. The sea is easily reachable, with Castiglioncello at 14 km, the sandy beaches of Vada and Mazzanta at 17 km, and the Bau Beach of Gorette di Cecina at 21 km. The Santa Luce nature reserve and lake are just 6.6 km away.
