L'appartement est très bien situé (4 min de la plage en voiture), propre et fonctionnel. Le grand plus est la magnifique terrasse avec vue sur la mer et la montagne! Points à améliorer : - la cabine de douche est un peu trop petite, à mon avis y a un moyen d'installer une plus grande vu que la salle de bain est spacieuse - les prises électriques de la cuisine, derrière le micro-onde sont un petit peu proche de l'évier, à voir s'il est possible de les déplacer. Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans ce joli appartement, nous le recommandons sans hésitation! Begona et Antonio sont au petits soins malgré la barrière de la langue (je ne parle que Français ;) ), merci à vous

Très agréable location

L’appartement est bien situé au calme et à proximité de la plage de Rosas. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la grande terrasse avec vue sur mer et montagne. Le logement est tres propre avec tout le nécessaire en vaisselle et la propriétaire très agréable nous a fourni plein de renseignements utiles pour les visites.

Maison très bien placé dans le calme absolu a 3 min des plages et du centre-ville Lidl et carrefour a 2 min Le propriétaire est au petit soin une maison digne de ce nom car très propre et entretenue clôturé barbecue J'ai comparé le standing et les appartements cest un vrai luxe

Séjour au top !

L'appartement est spacieux et la vue sur la mer et les montagnes est un vrai plus. Environnement calme avec un grand jardin fermé par un portail électrique et un parking privé (très appréciable en haute saison à Roses). La grande terrasse est peut-être l'endroit où nous avons aimé passer le plus de temps. L'appartement offre tout l'équipement nécessaire et les rangements sont nombreux. La baie de Roses et le centre ville se trouvent à 5 minutes en voiture. Les commodités sont à 2 minutes. L'avantage c'est qu'on bénéficie du calme tout en étant proche du centre ville. Les propriétaires sont adorables et ont vraiment été soucieux de notre bien-être pendant notre séjour. Une très belle rencontre en ce qui nous concerne. Bref, nous avons passé trois magnifiques semaines.

Me ha gustado mucho el lugar, Limpio, calido, espacioso, con aparcamiento que es una caracteristica a valorar, acogedor y con unas fabulosas vistas y una magnifica terraza Estupendo!!!! Repetiria si ttuviera la ocasion Los dieños a la altura del apartamento y nos inficaron millones de sitios que visitar y nos fue de gran ayuda Hasta pronto
