Roses, direkt am Meer

Es hat alles geklappt. Wir sind zufrieden. Check-in verlief schnell und problemlos. Die Ausstattung und das Appartement waren so wie im Angebot. Alle Geräte funktionierten. Es waren ausreichend Geschirr und alle Küchenutensilien vorhanden, die man so braucht.

Vacances a Rosas

Appartement tres bien situé sur la baie de Rosas. Appartement tres agréable, tres propre avec tout le confort . Il ne manque rien. La climatisation est tres appreciable. En plus de la plage qui est a 2 pas de l appartement, nous avons bien apprécié la grande piscine bien ombragée . Mais le plus c est l accueil fait par Mr et Mme Balmat. Ce sont des personnes particulierement gentilles et attentionnées avec lesquelles nous avons sympathisées.Nous recommandons pleinement cette appartement.Martine, Gilles et Alex

Schöne Wohnung, super Anlage!

Wir waren bereits das zweite Mal in der Wohnung und es war wieder alles Top ! Man hat alles was man braucht, die Lage ist Mega schön! Der Poolbereich ist sehr ruhig , perfekt zum entspannen.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt und sehr schöne Wohnung! Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten. Auch die Lage direkt am Meer ist sensationell! Leider wird ab 14:00 die Promenade zu einer Verkaufsmeile von Imitaten von Luxusgütern und Fußballtrikots. Sehr schade! Aber nur ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto und man findet die eigentliche Schönheit Kataloniens.

Super appart dans un emplacement idéal

La force de cet appartement est son emplacement. Il suffit de faire quelques pas pour se retrouver sur la belle plage de Roses qui n'était jamais bondée même en plein mois d'août. Indispensable aussi la place de parking car très peu de place dans le quartier. L'appartement est très pratique pour des vacances, très bien agencé et très propre. Mr et Mme Balmat qui s'occupe des arrivées et des départs sont au top, gentils et efficaces. plein de restau/bars (ne ferment pas tard donc pas de bruit la nuit) le long de la promenade et à 15mn à pieds du centre ville. Je vous le conseille !

Absolut tolle Ferienwohnung

Wir sind Samstag Mittag angereist. An der spanischen Grenze haben wir die Verwalter (ein sehr liebes franz . Ehepaar ) angerufen und wurden am Hauseingang erwartet! Kurze Einweisung in Schließanlage und TV. ( Deutsche Sender bedingt durch Windstärke auch mal nicht empfangbar.) In der Wohnung fehlt es einem an nichts !!! Küche mit Spülmaschine und Microwelle. Senden Kaffeemaschine und ein Kühlschrank mit zweckmäßigem Gefrierfach. 2 WC / Wanne/Dusche 1 Waschmaschine, 2 Schlafzimmer die durch Rolladen komplett abgedunkelt werden können. Ein spitzen Balkon mit seitlichem traumhaften Meerblick und nur 30m bis zur wunderbaren Promenade, die am Abend zum Spaziergang lädt. 3 wirklich gute Restaurants in wenigen Schritten erreichbar. Tiefgaragenstellplatz - mit SUV etwas eng aber locker zu parken. Poolbereich mit Schattenplätze. Supermärkte in 3km Entfernung (Lidl, Mercado usw.) In Roses Altstadt beste Shopping Möglichkeiten Zu Fuß in 15 min an der Promenade entlang erreichbar. Für Hundehalter der Tipp“Hundestrand“ Platja de Rubina, Empuriabrava. Mit dem Auto in 10 min erreichbar! Keine Sanitären Anlagen oder Strandbar in dem Abschnitt, aber ein traumhafter weiter Strand(Sonnenschirm mitnehmen) Vor Ausflügen mit dem Auto nach Barcelona rate ich ab! Parkgebühren um die 24€. Aufbruch/Diebstahl an der Tagesordnung. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es tolle Ausflugsziele die innerhalb einer Stunde erreichbar sind.

All you need in Roses is this appartement :-)

Nice appartement. Heating, cooling, Wifi, fridge, washing machine, everything works very well. Beds are very comfortable. Benefit of this appartement is the second bath-room, the reserved parking in the basement, the private pool and the proximity to the beach. The owners are very friendly and helpful in case you need anything. We spent a wonderful vacation there and certainly would like to return one day in the future.

Perfect location and facillities! Appartment has everything you need for a Comfortabel stay. Bathroom needs a little, some things are broken and it has some mould. Perhaps a shower cabin would suit the appartment better than a bath.

Super Lage, tolles Appartement; alles Bestens

Wir kennen Roses sehr gut. Das Appartement, das Gebäude und der Vermieter waren allerdings neu für uns. Großes Lob, hat alles super funktioniert. Alles gut ausgestattet und in gutem Zustand verfügbar, wie angekündigt oder besprochen. Außenanlagen mit Rasen und großem Pool waren gut gepflegt; toll. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Der Balkon (morgens im Schatten) war eine tolle Entdeckung und ich saß da morgens nach dem Frühstück noch länger um langsam in den Tag zu starten. Vor Ort war ein französisch sprechendes Ehepaar für die Schlüsselübergabe und als Ansprechpartner verfügbar; sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend; problemfrei. Das machen wir sehr gerne wieder im nächsten Jahr.

Très agréable séjour

Très bel appartement au bord de mer avec une grande piscine très calme. L'appartement est spacieux et agréable à vivre . Seul point négatif est la descente de garage. Même avec une voiture moyenne il y a un risque de raccrocher.
