CASA TEROL - Modern and bright house with private pool

Casa Terol is located in Roses in the Mas Fumats urbanization.
The lower floor of the house with direct connection to the private pool and the pool terrace is rented. In 2021, the outdoor area around the swimming pool was completely renovated, as well as a sun-protected dining area.

During the rental, the upper floor is not used by the owners, but the terrace is available for rental and from there you can enjoy the beautiful views of the sea and the Bay of Roses.

On approx. 100 m2 there are two double bedrooms ensuite, two bathrooms with shower, a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and an adjoining living/dining room with direct access to the terrace.

Closed parking for 1-2 cars on the property with an electric entrance gate.

Prachtig huis met eigen zwembad in Roses

Ondanks enkele negatieve reviews voor VRBO ging het reserveren en de communicatie met verhuurder uitstekend. We konden rond 12.00 uur al in het huis; heerlijk. Prachtig compleet huis voorzien van alle gemak. Zwembad, airco, magnetron, oven, wasmachine, vaatwasser en een Nespresso. Als enig minpunt de enigszins harde bedden (2x 2 persoons). Wat ons betreft echt een aanrader
