This nicely appointed White Oak townhouse, within the gated community of Wintergreen Resort, is a CLEAN, NON-SMOKING, NO PETS unit that accommodates up to 6 guests.

***Our no pet/no animal policy allows renters with allergies to rent with confidence (the property owners also have severe allergy issues that prevent ability to accommodate pets/animals.)***

This is also our 2nd home, so we take great care to have a clean and comfortable place for our guests and ourselves. It is not packed with our personal items, because we want you to feel at home!

No “overflow guests” from other property owners. Renter must stay in property with other guests. If you would not have guests stay in your home, don’t send them to ours.

Weekend getaway

We very much enjoyed our stay here in Wintergreen. The townhome was very clean, neat and tidy, and adequately stocked. The owners were quick to communicate, I would definitely recommend!

Great Ski Trip

Cozy place at Wintergreen. Very clean and well stocked. Has a bed in the upstairs loft which was perfect for my youngest. Very communicative owners. It's a bit of a walk along a walkway to the slopes but much better then trying park there and walking. Great place for a small family.

Cozy condo close to slopes

We enjoyed our stay in this cute condo. It was spacious for our family, and the kitchen was well equipped. I'm not sure I would want to walk to the slopes from it, but the drive is just minutes away. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic experience overall!

We had such a great time on this vacation, and this condo was a perfect place to stay when we weren't skiing. Everything was clean and any questions we might have had were answered before we even got there. The condo was a great size, it was actually bigger than it looks in the photos! It's also in a perfect location- very close to the ski lodge. Highly recommend this condo!

Great weekend

Had a great weekend with some friends. The place was perfect and fit us perfectly. It was clean and nicely stocked with everything we needed. Would be great to have 2 more regular chairs for the table but we made the stools work. Thank you for the prompt response to any questions.

Misleading property listing

We booked this stay under the impression we would have access to the amenities. We had no access to pools or the lake. Property owners only. The description has nothing saying you cannot use the amenities. It does however have pictures of the lake and pools and fun activities for the family in which we expected to use. It was me and my wife’s anniversary and well let’s just say it was very disappointing to keep trying to go to certain places and getting turned away. Absolutely disappointed. The electric periodically flickered. The townhome was not cleaned properly. Some of the furniture was literally falling apart. Do NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY

Quaint little spot.

Cute little spot. There were issues with electricity on a couple nights which were out of everyone's control. The owners handled the situation very quickly and kept us in the loop as much as they could. The home had everything we needed for our stay and there were plenty of places to go nearby for entertainment. We enjoyed our time and would definitely come back. So far, one of the best VRBO we've ever stayed at okay.

Overall a lovely place to stay. Would return. A problem with the deck door automatically locking. Should be a notice stating that. One night was a tad bit warm indoors, so decided to turn AC on but it would not stay on. Should have a repair person look into. Again, would return. Everything at the home was satisfactory and clean.

The home was just as Advertised. It is an exceptional home in a perfect location. Our stay was a short 2 nights in the spring months, so I cannot comment on the winter accessories. However it’s location to the ski slope transport shuttle was within walking distance. There was a nice tree over the front door area that dropped abundance of little pink flowers that needed to be swept twice a day. It gave me something to do for exercise as well as a diligence duty to clean the floor even though we took our shoes off. The Home did show minor signs of wear, but everything was working in this considerable executive home setting. There was a dehumidifier downstairs that the owner asked to leave it running. I suggest it could be put on a timer as to turn off at night. Due to it can be a bit loud for sleeping in the lower bedroom. This is a rather minor item considering the cost and caliber of the property. I would recommend this home to anyone. You will be glad you made this selection. Note: I have still not received my deposit back at the time of this review.

Perfect long weekend ski trip with family

The condo is at Wintergreen ski resort but still very remote and quiet. It was a perfect long weekend get away to unwind and relax and for skiing. The condo was clean and so cozy will def. by going back next year!!!!

Decent for the price.

Second time staying at Wintergreen. This condo is well furnished and decorated. We loved that it had 3 floors. The listing says no wifi but there was and my college aged kids were able to do their online work. I was pleasantly surprised how well furnished it was with even toilet paper, paper towels, hairdryer etc. Some may have been left over from other occupants. It had a toaster oven but not a toaster. Overall it was pretty clean. The only reason why I gave a 3 for cleanliness was when my son laid back in the recliner it was obvious it had not been cleaned underneath. There was also some gross orange stuff in the basket that was under the bathroom sink. We wished we had chosen something a bit closer to slopes but that is just a preference. We booked from Thursday to Sunday. I called and asked owner if we could move to Friday through Monday and was told no because their daughter goes there on Sunday for ski class. I would have thought with it not being rented out they would have been able to accommodate my request. Overall I give a 4 out of 5.

Beautiful little get away

We loved our visit to Wintergreen. The place was prefect for our little family. My teenage daughter loved the loft. The home was cozy and comfortable. We got to enjoy the indoor pool and fitness center on the property along with the restaurants. We will be back.
