House dominating the sea and the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. Ideally located in bottom of dead end, being next to a protected wooded site, the house offers the calm one, the rest and an exceptional sight. With recent construction, it is equipped with new mobiler, material and bed linen (2008). This site is in creation, of the photographs will be soon available and can be addressed on request.
Make yourself comfortable in this villa, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private balcony. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a DVD player is provided for your entertainment. Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus. Äußerst nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Von Terrasse aus Blick auf Bucht von Fréjus. Gute Lage um Städte wie Nizza oder Saint-Tropez zu erreichen. Wir waren mit 6 Personen (4 Kinder) in dem Haus. Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Aussenanlage ist sehr schön gestaltet. In Saint Aygulf hat man alle notwendigen Geschäfte. Großes Dankeschön an Jean und Michelle! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wundervoller Urlaub mit Traumaussicht

Wir haben eine tolle Woche in diesem sehr schönen Haus verbracht. Die Aussicht ist traumhaft, das Haus ist sehr gepflegt. Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Es gibt kein WLAN aber guten Funk Empfang. Bettwäsche und Handtücher haben wir selber mitgebracht. Auf Anfrage hätten wir diese (mit Aufpreis) auch bekommen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und bemüht alle Fragen schnell zu beantworten. Mit etwas Schulfranzösisch und Google war das problemlos zu machen. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und haben uns alle gleich wohl gefühlt. Wir möchten sehr gerne wieder kommen!

Sehr schöner Urlaub in Les Issambres

Wir waren jetzt zum zweiten Mal dort und sicher nicht zum letzten Mal. Die Lage ist hervorragend, das Haus bietet alles, was man braucht und der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour, malgré un problème d'eau chaude dans la douche pendant 5 jours. De plus, l'annonce notait 3 salles de bain et il n'y en a qu'une. Résultats 1h30 à 2h d'attente pour une douche car nous étions 7 personnes. Propriétaire adorable, cependant nous aurions apprécié un geste commercial. La seule salle de bain de cette maison reste le gros point noir pour une location pour 7 personnes.

Très beau séjour avec un quartier calme et une vue mer agréable. Très bon contact avec le propriétaire. Petit bémol sur l'accessibilité à la villa quelque peu inadapté aux personnes âgées ou en difficulté et l'absence de climatisation qui pèse avec la chaleur. Malgré tout, je recommande.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Jean. La maison perchée tout en haut de la colline face à la mer a eu une vue magnifique à 180°. Intérieur cosy avec tout le nécessaire.

Une vue à couper le souffle!!!!

Au bout d'une impasse qui se termine par un joli chemin que l'on peut emprunter à pieds ou en vtt, cette maison a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un excellent séjour. Nous recherchions du repos et nous l'avons trouvé. Une voiture est indispensable mais il est très facile d'aller en courses car St Aygulf est tout près. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Die Bilder zeigen es richtig, die Aussicht von diesem Haus ist wirklich phantastisch. Wir waren im September 2018 da. Es fehlte an nichts. Die Ausstattung ist ausreichend und einfach. Wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen, zumal wir von der üblichen Mietzeit von Samstag auf Samstag auf Wunsch abweichen konnten. Nur ein WLAN wäre noch wünschenswert. Gute Betreuung vom Vermieter.

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le calme, la situation face à la mer et le gîte lui-même.

Beau séjour entre les randonnées dans l'Esterel, dont une magnifique conseillée par M. Riotord : le Rocher de Roquebrune avec des passages d'escalade qui ont beaucoup plu à nos ados, et les bains dans la mer méditerranée.

Location conforme à la description. Très bien équipée et propre, il ne manque rien. La villa est bien située , terrasse très agréable et vue exceptionnelle . Environnement calme et reposant, bercé par les bruits de la nature. Par contre, ne pas être surpris, pour bénéficier de cette vue magnifique , ça grimpe! Nombreux commerces à disposition à proximité . Propriétaire sympathique et conciliant. Je recommande vivement cette location et espère y revenir pour un prochain séjour .
