The welcoming atmosphere that envelops this villa, located only 5 km from the splendid town of Ronda, ensures a relaxing stay to up to nine people. Being located in the countryside, the house lets you unwind and recharge your batteries, even though you will have all the facilities at hand (included a restaurant at 100 mt).

Once inside the house, you will feel at home, thanks to the snug indoor and the comforts provided. In the dining-living room, the whole family can gather to spend some time chatting and relaxing on the comfortable sofas. Next to it, there is the fully equipped independent kitchen, which completes the living space of the villa. Then, when the night falls, discover the five comfortable bedrooms. Two of them are equipped with a 150-cm double bed each, while a third bedroom features two 105-cm beds. Another 150-cm bed is located in the fourth bedroom, whereas the fifth and last bedroom of the house is provided with two 90-cm beds and a picturesque decoration. Besides this, the guests will have two full bathrooms at their disposal, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.

Heating is provided in the bedrooms and the living room via wall-mounted radiators.

The 1-hectare plot welcomes several leisure areas and lots of fruit trees and lush vegetation. You will enjoy the quietness of the environment while rejoicing in your meals in the area for "al fresco" dining of the porch. The well-maintained garden welcomes centenary trees, in whose shadow you can fall asleep and in love with the surroundings. A grill and a swing for children are also available in the garden. However, the cherry on the pie is the fenced private pool, which allows you to refresh and sunbathe at the same time as it ensures safety for the little ones.

The access to the house is fully paved.
