Rømø überzeugt Wohnung und Abwicklung nicht

Check In mit Novasol schwierig. Bezeichnung der Wohnung in den Buchungsunterlagen für mein Dafürhalten unübersichtlich. Die Hinweisschilder zum Auffinden der Wohnung in der Anlage und die Ferienobjektbezeichnug in den Buchungsunterlagen haben bei uns zu Irritationen beim Auffinden der Wohnung geführt. Wir konnten die Mitarbeiterin eines anderen Verwalters befragen. Sie konnte sich keinen Reim aus Adresse und Angabe in den Buchungsunterlagen machen. Also der Versuch Novasol zu erreichen. Nach dem kompletten Durchlauf einer für die Situation unangemessenen Telefonansage, langer Wartezeit und arrogantem und unfreundlichem Gegenüber waren wir nach 35 Minuten am Ziel. In Bezug auf Kundenunfreundlichkeit nicht zu übertreffen. Bei stärkerem Regen, regnet es rein. Pfütze im Eingangsbereich. Die Dusche und der Wasserablauf sind eine Katastrophe. Permanente Feuchtigkeit im Bad. Türe zum Bad muss permanent geöffnet bleiben, Feuchtigkeit zieht in den Wohnraum. Sehr unangenehm. Der Waschtisch - aus Holz - ist aufgequollen. Türen des Waschtisches lassen sich fast nicht öffnen. Das Mobiliar ist in die Jahre gekommen. In Summe für Abwicklung und Wohnstandard eine Reklamation. Die Insel hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir kommen wieder. Vermieter / Agentur?Ich füge keine Fotos bei. Sollte man sich vor Ort anschauein.

Die Lage ist super. Direkt am Deich zum Spaziergang mit dem Hund. Hafen, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß um die Ecke

Ferienobjekt schön - Vermieter Novasol quasi unerreichbar

Das Ferienobjekt selbst ist schön gelegen und die Wohnung ist für 2 Personen / 1 Woche ausreichend. Max. 4 Personen hätten da keinen Platz! Allerdings sind und bleiben die Fliesen in der Dusche so kalt, dass man nicht duschen möchte. Der Abfluss ist unter dem Schrank und die Dusche trocknet 2 Tage nicht ab (im Winter). Deswegen gibts diverse Stockflecken, die in Kürze in Schimmel umschlagen. Nun zum Vermieter Novasol: Offensichtlich war das Objekt vor uns nicht vermietet, so dass es eiskalt war, als wir ankamen. Ich hätte erwartet, dass am Ankunftstag schon mal ein bißchen vorgeheizt wird. Leider ist Novasol telefonisch nicht zu erreichen, außer via mit Computerabfragen und dann wird die Verbindung einfach unterbrochen. In Unterlagen angegebene TelNr. sind unbekannt. Auf mails wurde erst gar nicht reagiert. Vor Ort hatte das Büro an nur einem Tag / Woche 3 Stunden offen. Z.B wurden wir zur Anreise standardisiert aufgefordert, auch den Wasserzählerstand mitzuteilen - das Objekt hat keinen Wasserzähler. Der Router fürs WLAN war kaputt und wir konnten leider niemanden erreichen, um eine Reparatur zu veranlassen...Ich habe mich darauf verlassen, da ich nur begrenzt mobile Daten habe und damit tagelang z.B. über whats ap nicht erreichbar war, um mich mit den Freunden auf der Insel zu verabreden. Das Appartement hatte eine Größe um ca. 30 m² - dafür für die Endreinigung 109,- € zu verlangen, ist unverhältnismäßig. Ich komme wieder nach Römö, aber - wenn geht - nicht mit Novasol.

Dejligt sted - minus bad.

Super dejlig sted, med undtagelse af badeværelset. Gamle skabe og forkert hældning på afløb, så man står i vand mens man bader.
