Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Trastevere is walking distance from the bus and trolley, not much from the train. The AC was a life saver as we’re here for the heat wave! Got a complimentary Chianti wine, discount for the rooftop restaurant and Beatriz helped me find and schedule a last minute tour to Sorrento and Pompeii (she truly was lovely). Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Great hotel

The front desk was very friendly and helpful. They gave me restaurant recommendations, explained the breakfast menu, and everything else the hotel had to offer. After Rome I was going to go to Venice and guest services helped me purchase tickets for the train. The front desk called a taxi for me to ensure everything went smoothly. They even came out of the hotel to personally speak with the taxi driver to make sure I get dropped off at the accurate location. The room was clean and spacious. The hotel was in a convenient location. It was about 10 minutes to the tourist attraction sites. There was ice cream shops, restaurants, and a small food/drink store right by the hotel. Overall I’d recommend this hotel to people!

Lovely hotel with wonderful breakfast

Beautiful hotel in a very fun, walkable neighborhood a bit outside the crowded city center. Breakfast was fantastic and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room they gave us was stylish and spacious (with a very large bathroom by European standards!) AC worked well and the windows were very very sound proof!

Great location in Trastevere. Rooms were clean & spacious. Breakfast every morning was delicious. Eggs cooked to order, fresh juices, pastries and coffee. Rooftop restaurant/bar was nice. Also close to MANY restaurants & gelato spots within 5mins walking. Many buses & trolleys spots within 1-2 blocks. I would definitely stay here again!

We booked 3 rooms, one was ready at check-in time. Front desk staff were friendly. Breakfast was subpar and overpriced, I would not recommend. Also the staff in the breakfast room were unfriendly, borderline rude. The rooftop restaurant was excellent, both staff and food. Also, a nice view. Some of our party had issues with the towel warmers not working. Otherwise, room were updated, very clean and comfortable.

Pros: • The rooms are nicely designed, newly furnished, and very clean. The restroom is spacious and well-maintained. • The rooftop lounge is a highlight, offering great views and a pleasant atmosphere. Cons: • Stayed for two nights and had constant issues with the air conditioning—it kept breaking down. I had to call the bellboy multiple times, which was extremely frustrating, especially while trying to relax on vacation. • No vanity mirror in the room, which is inconvenient. • The street outside is quite noisy at night, making it hard to sleep. • It’s about a 20-minute drive to the city center, which may not be ideal for those wanting to be close to the main attractions. Overall: I wouldn’t recommend staying here. The few nice features don’t make up for the discomfort and poor service.

Relaxing stay in a busy metropolis

A two night stay prior to cruise from Civitivecchia. Nice to wind down, take advantage of the rooftop bar and walk along the rive Tiber. We were not there to wear ourselves out seeing and doing everything. One visit to the Pantheon, nice leisurely lunches. All worked very well

Hotel was beautifully decorated. Unfortunately service was slow and staff unhelpful. Breakfast continental good but cooked food poor and cold. We would add two of the staff in breakfast room helpful and pleasant. Others were rude and unhelpful. We had a bad experience with reception staff asked them if they could help with booking transportation to Ed Sheeran concert which they said they did but on the day we had no transportation as they said they were waiting to confirmation from us. We spoke to them several times and they never came back to us!! I have never been anywhere that has had some poor reception staff and the hotel is very pricey for what you get!!!

I liked everything about this property! The room was contemporary, spacious, and immaculate. The breakfast buffet was included in the price of our room and was the best value in town! Delicious food and drinks. The rooftop bar and restaurant was a great place to relax. The hotel was close to the Vatican and the Coliseum. Most importantly, the staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful! All of them were great, but Mary stood out! She made reservations for breakfast and dinner for us…she called taxis for us…all with a wonderful smile! This was a great experience. We don’t want to stay anywhere else. We will be back!
