Excellent Flat

We had an amazing stay. The hosts were extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. The apartment we got was very spacious and smartly decorated. We were given great tips for restaurants and cafes. The location is great. Walking distance to many attractions. We highly recommend it. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Lovely place! The neighborhood is safe and close to everything. The space itself is super cute, clean, and quiet. The bed is comfy and the sauna is a bonus! I’d highly recommend staying here!

When we checked in, the female owner always asked us where we booked the place. She said Rome city tax is €7 per person per day. We went online and checked B&B Rome city rate is from €3-€7, depends on accommodation. When we booked the place , Expedia said we need to paid US$31.15 for our 4 nights stay. It is about €28 for our stay. The room provides with WiFi and make yourself coffee machine. Bathroom is beautiful with fancy standing shower but there is no place for little shampoo and bath soap holder. A nice looking sauna is built inside the bathroom but nowhere you can find the switch to turn it on. Just a big piece of decoration in the bathroom. Within the 4 nights stay, we were only provided with 4 small juice and 2 small bottles of water. The worst thing was the last night, someone tried to open your room at 2am in the morning. My wife got scare and unsafe. We didn't sleep well and rushed to checked out early in the morning. With this kind of experience, I don't think I can pay the top Rome City tax for this B&B. I only paid what Expedia tell me to. Sorry, I won't stay in this place again.

This place is perfect for a stay in Rome. The location is very convenient - nearby many supermarkets, restaurants and walking distance to all the popular attractions. The place was very clean, comfortable and had everything you need. Silvia and Sergio were very accomodating and friendly hosts. I would absolutely recommend staying here!

BOOK IT NOW! AMAZING.

Two Chic Guesthouse... what a perfect little place that you really can’t fault. My only advice, would be to book it right now! Once landed in Rome, we had instant communication with Agostino who welcomed us on arrival. Ago is the perfect host... he brings you breakfast in your room at the time of your choice each morning! After breakfast he then sat with us to help plan our day and showed us on a map the best routes. I honestly don’t think we would’ve fit in half as much as we didn’t without Ago. He also suggests places to eat out if you’re unsure (as there as many many restaurants!) Location wise, for us it was great. It’s a two minute walk to the Villa Borghese Gardens which are absolutely stunning! It’s then less than a 20 minute walk into the midst of it all where you can find the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. All other tourist attractions are easily accessible on foot, which was our preference but there are alternative ways of transport too. The room was just beautiful. Spacious, clean and quiet. AND, has a sauna in the bathroom which is exactly what’s needed after a long day of walking. When checking out you also have the option to leave your luggage in a different room for the day which was really handy for us as our flight home wasn’t until the evening. All in all, this gorgeous guesthouse really made our trip! Thank you to Ago, the perfect host! We can’t wait to return and will be telling all our friends and family to do the same.

La zona es estupenda cerca de la via Veneto con grandes hoteles y plaza Berberini. La habitación es amplia. La sauna en el baño es estupenda. Lo mejor es Agostino. Nos preparó unos desayunos muy ricos y nos explicó todo lo que ofrece Roma. Repetiriamos sin dudar.

Essere come a casa con una sensazione di benessere e relax. Struttura in posizione strategica vicino l’Ambasciata Americana. Il padrone di casa Agostino è una persona veramente cortese, attenta è disponibile. Ottima la pulizia, la possibilità di usufruire di una colazione varia e comoda grazie al cucinino ed al frigorifero ricco di prodotti a disponibilità dei clienti. Letto molto comodo e camera silenziosa. Grazie ancora ad Agostino e a presto

Posizione comoda, a una ventina di minuti a piedi dal centro. La stanza doppia deluxe è spaziosa ed accogliente, con un televisore a grande schermo ed un armadio molto capiente. L'arredamento è moderno e ben curato; il bagno, decisamente più ampio della media dei bagni d'albergo, ha non solo una bella doccia, ma anche una nuovissima sauna. Piccoli dettagli ed attenzioni da parte del gestore, come una vera macchinetta per il il caffè espresso, thè, acqua, caramelle e biscotti a disposizione dei clienti, ti fanno sentire coccolato e quasi come "a casa". La colazione, servita in camera, è abbondante e con possibilità di scelta tra dolci e salati. Insomma, un posto in cui ritornare e da tenere assolutamente in considerazione per un soggiorno a Roma.
