Avoid !, horrible Communication and Management

Pros - good location and nice looking Problems - the initial disaster was that even though they knew exactly when we were arriving, we were not met at the property, and the phone number given did not answer my 20+ calls over the next two hours , so we couldn't get in for two hours, and started looking for a new hotel. They eventually contacted me , about two hours after the check in time, while we were about 30 mins away , looking for a new hotel. They refused to pay for a taxi to get us back, so we had to walk back in the searing heat with our bags. Then the agent refused to compensate us. He said that he didn't answer any of my 20+ calls because he didn't recognises the number ! , amazing incompetence. Other problems were :- 1) despite the 'free breakfast' in the listing, we didn't get one on the first morning, and on 2nd morning , after two requests, this was just a coffee and croissant down the road. 2) One of the TV's was broken. 3) There were two single sofa Beds , but no sheets for these , despite requests. 4) Many of the functions on the single remaining TV didn't work. 5) The shower floods the bathroom floor, luckily a mop is provided. 6) There are no curtains anywhere. 7) One of the double beds is tilted.
