The manager/owner of the property was very helpful and accomodating. The location is amazing as they are within walking range to everything, commute included. Property is clean and has everything you would need. Would highly recommend them.

The property manager was very nice and attentive, but when we got to the guest house no one was there to welcome us, had to wait like half hour to have someone showing up, the pictures and the actual room are very different, they wanted to charge extra money for using a pullout bed for my 4 yo, the checkout felt like they were rushing me to leave earlier, hot water wasn’t enough for two people to shower, had to wait one hour to have warm water, there was no remote control for the a/c the first night and was very hot.

We loved the location and management of this property! The room was beautiful. However, we barely slept due to noise inside the facility and outside on the street. We could hear the rest of the guests coming and going at all hours (including 1-2am). We could hear people yelling outside and honking horns. It was so loud that neither my husband or I could rest making our trip a little less enjoyable and more frustrating. I would recommend maybe a curfew for guests when they stay… that would mitigate some of the issues.

The location is ideally located for easy access to major sights. Plenty of dining and shopping opportunities. The staff were extremely kind and worked hard to make sure our visit was amazing.

It's a ten minute walk to the entrance to the Vatican museum or St. Peter's basilica! Head in the other direction and you can get to Piazza Navona or even the Pantheon. The room was fine and the hosts were kind (provided sparkling wine and a panetonne to celebrate New Years eve), but the location is the big draw. You won't be disappointed.

The 2 ladies in charge were always helpful. The last night they arranged a reliable driver to pick me up outside property at 0330 am to take me to airport and drivers was on time!!

Convenient location. 6 min to Vatican. 25 -30 min walk to the Center of everything. Very quiet area to relax after walking all day. Staff is extremely nice and helpfull. Although, wouldn't recommend this place if you are big - very small shower cabins.

I am currently in a wheelchair, Cannot walk. No elevator as advertised ******** Had 9 stairs to get to room ******* *Owner would not refund money so I could get a different hotel to stay in Rome. mini safe did not work Air conditioner would not cool off the room The door separating the other apartments was very thin and unsafe. So because I had to find a different hotel and not stay at this one. I Reported this to Expedia, that there was no elevator as advertised, They tried to contact the owner, and the owner was nasty and hung up on them. Expedia backed up their policy and refunded the entire stay. I have been traveling with Expedia my whole life and I have never had anything like this Happen. I will be traveling with Expedia for the rest of my life!
