actually we did not stay in this hotel due to water issue but they sent us to another hotel and pay for the taxi. The other hotel is very nice.

Really close to Termini station and in a walkable location. The room was nicely renovated. Only thing to consider is that this hotel is an extension of Independent Hotel and it’s in a separate residential building where they have several units. To get anything you have to visit the main building which is a 1 min walk. Felt like an Airbnb rather than a hotel. Also didn’t enjoy having to check the front door key in and out at reception.

They moved us to a sister property as elevator was broken. It was highly unprofessional of them to not inform us ahead of time of broken elevator. One of us was travelling with a sprained ankle, and could not take steps. This is a managment problem and not a staff problem.
