Love this place

Clean rooms, comfortable bed, pretty view, quiet even though located on a busy street.would defintely stay again! Helpful staff.small room but we really just needed to sleep.

This property is in a great location and walkable to many things. It is not your typical hotel with amenities but perfect if you are looking for a clean and comfortable place to sleep. Would definitely stay there again.

Mediocre Stay that fits the Price

The hotel room itself was fine, it was relatively clean and had a decent amount of space. However, there was a weird smell throughout the entire property, the lift was small, and the front desk was not staffed past 4:30 PM. Check out is at 10:30 AM and I had asked to leave our bags in the room until 11, which was confirmed with the hotel contact. When we got back to the hotel before 11 AM, our bags were moved in the hallway and the room was fully cleaned, which makes me think they must have been sitting there unattended for at least an hour if not more. Additionally, the shuttle service to and from the airport is more expensive then if you were to book it yourself. Very mediocre stay in my opinion and not pleased about the safety and security of our belongings.

Really nice hotel. Location is perfect, it is conveniently placed in between the Vatican and many attractions like Trevi Fountain or Pantheon, so it is walkable. The receptionist is extremely nice! We communicated prior that we would be arriving early and we found our room ready. They also had a free luggage storage that we utilized since our flight was later than our check out. The room was spacey, had many great amenities, and was extremely comfortable. Although the reception is not 24h, they are very quick with responding to any messages at any time! Everything was clean and safe.

Good hotel in terms of the actual place. The only bad thing is that if your flight is really early, Italian public transport is not available and you have to get their 75€ transport, and they definitely won’t help you book a regular city taxi that is around 30-40€ (you need an Italian number to be able to book a taxi through the app)

Quaint hotel in walking distance from the vatican

The customer service was excellent & the amenities were great. They even let us leave our luggage after checkout which made it WAY easier to explore Rome for our last day. The walls are a bit thin.

The hotel itself met expectations - a clean and comfortable room. While the front desk is only in operation for a few hours during the day - they were available via text message and luckily they allow guests to self-serve for things such as new towels, toiletries, etc. They also offered a luggage hold (free of charge) which was much appreciated. The major draw of staying here is that it is perfectly located and within walking distance of all major attractions in Rome. Overall, the value is worth the price. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Rome.
