The hotel was conveniently located within walking distance to points of interests and good dining options. Ana was fantastic and was great at communicating with us. We were thankful that, even though the building is old, it has an elevator. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would recommend.

We got there earlier than expected. We were able to communicate with the staff & they were able to assist us with checking in. We had tours set up & weren't able to wait around until our room was ready; but the staff brought our bags in to the room. Very helpful & quick to respond.

Fun Rome hotel

Its location for being central in Rome was excellent. It is a boutique hotel with only four rooms on the third floor of a 300 year old building. Very secure and comfortable room. Recently remodeled and very clean. Not a lot of hotel amenities because of the type of building, but perfect location for Grabbing food, groceries, shopping, etc.. We would stay there again.

Staff was great, the place is dark and if you are claustrophobic is not for you doesn’t have patio or porch and you are locked inside you have to pass through 5 doors before you get out. The cold water at the sink doesn’t work and the AC was off at arrival and it was so hot and it takes like 4-5 hours to cool down the sofa bed is not comfortable. It was dusty the Ist day but they cleaned it after that was good. One window was broken the glass, the tv makes noises maybe not good signal dawn there. The trash guy passed by every night and you heard broken bottle noises, yellow flashing lights. People upstairs make noise too.

Cosy central hotel in historical building Booked the hotel for 5 nights and had a great stay for vacations. I would not call it conventional hotel, seems more apartment blocks remodeled in the heart of city, walking distance practically to most of tourist destinations, restaurants, shops and less than 5 min walk to the metro. Super friendly staff who went extra mile to be helpful, clean room and amenities. For breakfast you have to go to somewhere else but who needs hotel breakfast in such location ) All in all very happy with the stay.

This hotel is great value! The pictures on the website are accurate, bed and linens good quality, and staff are extremely accommodating and friendly. We decided to take a van to the airport 2 hours prior to departure and they were able to arrange it for us. Excellent at communication and customer service. Hotel is in a great location, easy walking to many major attractions. I will always book with this company moving forward. Other hotels of this standard are much more costly.

The host was wonderful and gave perfect instructions on how to get in and reached out to us prior to our trip, which was nice. The room was very clean and spacious and the air-conditioning worked well as it was brutally hot while we visited. The shower was amazing and had wonderful pressure which is always a big plus for me! The only thing I wish our room had is a full length mirror in the room. There was one in the lobby area, but I think it’s great to have one inside the room. The hotel is very secure and less than a five minute walk to the metro station which was super helpful to get everywhere we wanted to go. Lots of high-end shopping between the hotel and the metro station! there is a grocery store and several cafés on the same block, which was wonderful. We unfortunately a wallet stolen on the train and lost our hotel key after hours. I was able to reach out to the host via WhatsApp and she immediately responded and gave us a way to get in so that was great service. we felt like we had everything we needed and would recommend this hotel and we would also absolutely stay here again!
