From not being able to find the hotel due to the name Tiche not being on the outside of the building, to the horrible room conditions/cleanliness/amenities, this experience was horrible. Upon finding bedbugs, my husband and I immediately checked out. The staff at the front desk didn't even care that we were leaving just 15 minutes after checking in.

Spartan but functional - surly service though
Pretty Spartan but convenient to stay. Solo female traveler – no issues with safety. The lift worked. Front desk manned 24 hours.
I did inquire before my departure about whether a refund was possible because my job provided a room at the conference hotel. Received a message saying it wasn’t possible because stay was booked and prepaid on hotels – that query somehow canceled the entire reservation. When I arrived, they had room, but the front desk man was discombobulated and angry by the issue. Not the best welcome to Rome.
Lovely people, very helpful and the room was just what needed. Near by supermarket and within feet of the termini. Amazing stay and we very much enjoyed my birthday. The recomendation for food was spot on too. Thank you very much

It’s an apartment so heating wasn’t controlled by us. Late night they would start the heat but later room gets cold. Everything is very close from here. Roma termini is just cross street. We took uber mostly, and didn’t take us long to reach to major attractions.
The breakfast was a very poor choice - I don’t recommend it. Also when i got trapped in the lift the guy who freed me blamed me for it breaking it and didn't even ask if I was okay!

All good, clean rooms and conveniently close to the train station
Do not get the option (pay at the hotel) because you will be asked to pay cash. Also if you store your luggage you will pay extra Cash Only. Room and people are pleasant and eager to serve you. Breakfast is limited to 1 coffee, 1 sandwich, 1 yogurt, croissant. NO REFILL.

“Hotel Mirage” - location great but thin walls..
First off this place is not called “Tiche”. No clue why it is called that on Hotels.com. Luckily we just looked at the photos and realized it’s called “Hotel Mirage”.
The staff were friendly and no complaints there! The room was clean, but the walls were thin. Neighbors showed up one night at 3am very loud waking us up. At 5am you hear traffic in the city and people honking horns. The bathroom we had did not have a proper door. Just a sliding door with some gaps. You had no sense of privacy when using the bathroom. The bed was a bit hard and the pillows were very thin. Woke up with neck pain. The included breakfast was a bit underwhelming, but nice to start the day off with a nice cup of cappuccino.
The mini fridge in the room was nice and the location next to the main station you can not beat!
Hotel bem simples, acomodações simples, fomos bem atendidos no check in. Quarto bem antigo mas limpo cafe da manhã razoável. Ficamos apenas um dia, não voltaria a me hospedar.
El portero de las gafas un sr muy desagradable y amargado
La ducha agarrada con celo a la pared.
Limpieza mala, cama incomoda.
Malo relacion calidad precio
La sra del desayuno muy agradable y el otro portero tambien pero el tipo de las gafas ni buenos dias te dice.
To begin with, the hotel does not have that name. It is a lie. You arrive at the hotel and the name of the hotel is different. What is the reason? What are they trying to hide? The question remains. The breakfast is horrible. And to make matters worse, the hotel forces you to pay the city tax in cash. This does not happen in all hotels in Rome and throughout Italy. I was unsure whether the tax was actually being paid. I did not have cash. I went to ask and the staff were extremely rude to me.
