We pretty much likes everything about the property. My wife and I travel a lot and normally go to very good hotels which are bigger, but we wanted to try a boutique hotel this time and it did not disappoint. We stayed for 6 nights. For starters, their people are wonderful, with a special shout out to Martina at the front desk and the young lady that runs the breakfast (we should know her name). The location is great, the hotel is in great condition. We stayed in a junior suite and it was a really good size. We tend to be on the picky side, and honestly we can’t find anything bad to say. Keep it up!

Stop cheating customers with incorrect room types

We weren't given the room type we paid for and were treated like idiots as the hotel staff indeed the room type we reserved - a separate room with walk-in wardrobe was missing and the bathroom had one sink instead of two (more than 10 square meters smaller). They eventually changed to the correct room the following day (the manager wasn't in the hotel when we arrived and only communicated via WhatsApp) and a series of incredibly coincidental events happened: someone got in the room even with the do not disturb sign on (selected both digitally and manually on the door handle), the warm air flow became cold making the room freezing, the TV was broken and had to be fixed later, the electric sockets on one of the sides of the bed did not work. This is the first time I leave a review, I feel like I had to because the so many positive opinions made me reserve this hotel instead of others I never had any problems with. Beware

Truly exceptional! I was so surprised this level of luxury was available so close to the airport. 10/10 would stay again. Bathrooms were very clean and stunning, the bedrooms and beds themselves were very comfortable. Big French windows that open and helpful staff. No notes!

Sadly a huge dissapointement

To be avoided in the summer months as AC was not working correctly. At least one other client complained of the same issue while we were there. We were not able to spend the night and had to change hotel as the rooms were too warm (26c in the room). The staff tried to fix the issue, but no luck. They did not refund our stay because of the no refund policy. To be avoided in the summer at all costs

I didn't like the people at the desk, not very curtious,rather rude,not willing to help or give any information. Get superized when ask about point of interest as if they are out of town.,we checked out earlier so we had a gap till we catch trin to Rome, ,so we decided to stay in on of waiting room down till we leave,one of the undercover security,keep chasing us when we went to the bathroom, and up when we were sitting, awaiting to leave in an hour or so,very rude.

TB Place Roma is a new Gem in the Heart of Rome. The rooms are modern, beautiful and chic. The entire Staff from Check In, Housekeeping, Upstairs lounge, to daily breakfast, was kind, professional and attentive. The stay was exceptional.
