We have booked a standard Double room and we have asked for a queen bed explicitly. Our stay was for three nights. We arrived at the reception, and the guy in the office told us that we have to go to another building for our room, the rooms in the main building were full. The other building does not have wifi, and we were give a room with two single beds, of uneven height :(. We clearly told him that we need wifi the next day, since we did not own any italian sim/neither net package. So we have to plan all the trips based on the wifi at hotel. Initially he said the wifi is not working and he will definitely get the wifi repaired. But looked like there is no wifi at all. We also metioned to get a local sim card with a data package and we are will be fine with that. But the second night he did not get anything done, no sim, no wifi, no double bed. So we were really frustrated off and we said we will get a roaming pkg and they have to pay that. It costed us 30 euros but they finally gave only 20 euros. For the thrids night they moved us to another Hotel with wifi.

Bait and Switch at the Rome Point Hotel.

The front desk is in a locked building. We rang the buzzer several times and tried calling and nobody answered. When we finally got in the doors, by running in as someone was leaving, they told us we had to go to their sister hotel, the Positano. So we walked yet another 2 blocks, got checked in and taken to our room. It was no more than a hostel and It was a dive. There was mold in the bathroom, the shower was about 2' square and our room was was right by a construction zone. It was awful. Rome Point Inn refused to refund our money even after we decided to check out. We refused to stay there for 4 nights.

Staff is super helpful and nice. Made the stay so great! Local area is decent, lots of restaurants and cafes around and very close to termini main train station and metro. Beds weren't the greatest

Prima budget hotel

Het begon wat vervelend zonder water, omdat ze in de straat bezig waren en het water was afgesloten, maar werd later goedgemaakt toen alles wel in orde was. Tis maar wat je zelf nodig hebt, en welke eisen je stelt. Het is op loopafstand van het station dus ook erg prettig. De kamer was schoon en heel fijn een hoekje met een waterkoker. Dus als je een goedkope kamer zoekt, zeker doen

La peor estancia que hemos podido tener, a la llegada no teníamos habitación disponible con lo que nos desviaron a otro hotel, en ese hotel la puerta de la habitación no cerraba, y un día la dejaron abierta, el desayuno que teníamos incluido no llegamos a saber como era en toda la estancia porque nos enviaron a una cafetería cercaba que nunca la encontramos, los recepcionista jamas estaban en su sitio y si necesitabas ayuda no tenías a quien acudir. Pésima estancia, eso no llega ni a albergue.

Première nuitées avait frôler la cata à cause du surbooking de l'hôtel, mais les employés et le gérant étaient tellement prévenant que passer la première nuitées tout est rentré dans l'ordre et le personnel aux petits soins Merci à la team et au manager de l'hôtel pour leurs professionnalisme

Posto economico vicino alla stazione

Arrivati all'indirizzo indicato su expedia, siamo stati portati in altro hotel a 10 min a piedi, comunque sempre vicinissimo alla stazione. Cornetto cappuccino e succo di frutta per colazione in un bar vicino. Tutto sommato esperienza positiva per il prezzo pagato.

El peor "hotel" en mi experiencia de vida.

Un hotel que hoteles.com debe eliminar de su lista de ofrecimientos. El recepcionista no habla Ingles, Espanol, italiano o francés. No hubo agua caliente para la habitación, No existe señalizacióndel hotel, no es seguro en absoluto. En el hotel a la hora de el cuarto el recepcionista, en su corto idioma de ingles, nos intento subir la tarifa, porque solo había un cuarto disponible. (este cuarto quedaba a tres edificios del otro, sin vigilancia, sin internet, pasando por un edificio con olor a basura. Increíble de malo!!!!

All'arrivo sono stato accolto da un dipendente bengalese che non parlava italiano e non risultavo tra i prenotati. Poi si è scoperto che la camera prenotata era in un'altro palazzo poco distante sede di altro affittacamere, e non dove avevo la prenotazione. La stanza era fatiscente, mura sporche e arredi in pessimo stato: la poltroncina aveva il tessuto talmente sporco che neanche mi sono seduto. L'infisso del balconcino non si chiudeva e la testiera del letto era sudicia!

Hotel bueno pero podría ser mejor.

En general la experiencia y el servicio fue bueno. Solo tuvimos un problema al llegar ya que nuestra habitación no estaba disponible al parecer por problemas con las tuberías pero después nos dimos cuenta que tenían ocupada nuestra habitación por otras personas. Nos asignaron otro cuarto muy malo y pequeño además de sucio. Cuando nos asignaron a la habitación que si nos correspondía todo marchó bien.

Visite de Rome super mais hôtel tres tres vétuste : grandes poubelles dans le hall, ascenseur datant de 1900 tres tres étroit , vieil appartement transformé en chambres dans un tres vieux et sale bâtiment mais on n'en n'a toujours pour son argent car pas cher : tres moche

Buena estadia

El hotel esta en las afueras de Roma en donde las calles no estan tan limpias. Los cuartos si son bastante comodos, tanto las camas como el hecho que tiene blackout. La ventaja es que te encuentras cerca de la terminal de buses y metro por lo que puedes tener acceso a cualquier lugar bastante facil.
