Staff friendly, clean rooms , great location, very comfortable beds. Breakfast staff a but unfriendly and kick you out when breakfast time is over even if you are still eating which if you are a late riser can be rude. Also VERY unaccomodating about storing luggage - unless your luggage is LOCKED they won’t accept it which caused big problems for us.

The rooms was very clean and had everything we needed. The staff were amazing and helpful. The location is great, we didn't take any metro or bus at all. The breakfast was very good!

The front desk staff is amazing. Very professional, personable and attentive. Truly top notch! They assisted with transport, activities and area questions. Room was extremely quiet, bed was very comfortable, and exceptional amenities.
