The photos showed a completely different place. When we arrived, it was terrible — very old and not clean at all. The bathroom was dirty, and overall, I didn’t like it at all. Some of the photos do not match reality.

Easy walk to Trevi Fountain. Breakfast was a nice surprise and staff were helpful. The great location makes it a busy one. I used a USB fan and sleep sounds from YouTube to drown out the outside noise. It was pretty loud and persistent and had trouble staying asleep the first night. I would still recommend:)

we had issue with hot water; the staff called service and the issue was resolved quickly. We were happy with that. we have some issue with Wifi. My computer was working well, but my husband had issue to get the WiFi work on his computer. the cell phone signal was weak in the room.

There was no lobby or reception. The entry looked like a tenement. The rooms had a very odd set up with multiple doors, halls, and keys. One pass through a series of doors to get to the room. The room was satisfactory, but the overall experience was a disappointment, especially given the expense.

The hotel is in a very convenient location near Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Easy access to the Metro so it was only about four stops from the Vatican stop. Staff was pleasant and accommodations worked out fine.

This place has the best location in Rome for both sightseeing and shopping. Just btwn Spain steps and Trevi fountain, you can also go to Colosseum and Vatican with a few stops with metro. The only concern was and property hasn’t been remodeled as the price went up.

Re-consider before ordering.

We received a triple room instead of a suite for 4. After complaining at the reception, we were told that all rooms are the same size, and that's the best they can do. With no other option, and as offered by the hotel, we booked another room for extra money, only to find out that now we got a huge room for 4, in addition to the room we got already. Of course - both rooms were payed for and no refund option. As a compensation - we got our breakfast free of charge, but still this cost us a lot more money... Only after contacting Hotels.com - we were refunded some of the amount back. Breakfast was OK. Cleanness in reasonable. Location is great. The hotel shares a building with our hotels and tenants. Take into consideration there are about 15 steps to get up to the reception desk. Some of the rooms are located on the same floor and some on a different floor. There is a small, old, scary elevator in the building.
