The apartment was very clean and neat. It had everything we needed. I rate it as excellent. Our difficulty was communicating with management. We were unable to call three days prior and did call one week before our trip. We were told someone would call on What's App and tell us where to meet to get the keys. This did not happen! fortunately, a local man made a call for us and we found that we had to go to the luggage storage location nearby to check in. This information could have been in the booking information. Otherwise, everything was perfect and we really enjoyed our stay in Rome.

Nice apartment in a great area

We arrived at the "Stow Your Bags" business at 9:00am which was where we were to checked in. We were able to keep our bags there at a discounted rate until check-in time at 1:30. This place is just steps away from the apartment. The apartment is down a short alley with a restaurant. The apartment is one flight up stairs. It is very secure as there is a lock at the main door and a big bolt lock on the apartment door. The apartment was a good size for my daughter and me. There is a lot of storage for your clothes and toiletries. The small kitchen was convenient for making coffee and storing drinks and snacks. We used the washing machine, which was nice. There is no dryer, so bring a portable clothes line, as there is not one in the apartment. The area of Campo de Fiori is lively and interesting. There are many restaurants and shops. In the evening, the square is filled with people, musicians, and busy restaurants. The apartment is walking distance or a short taxi ride to all of the tourist sites in Rome. At the end of our trip, they arranged for a car service to take us to the airport.
