Very good front desk. Very comfortable bed. Small room with stool to sit on but no chair for comfort. Room was terribly HOT when we got there. The room key must be inserted to turn on the air conditioning. We left again and came back again in the evening. It was extremely hot inside again. Asked for a an extra key card so I could keep the air conditioner on. There were no extra keys available so they offered us to keep the key card inside the room to keep it cool and they had to open our room each time we came back. Key cards can't be that expensive so it's unusual to not have enough. Anyway, had the air on as low as it could but the room became somewhat cool enough to sleep but not very cold. No matter what we did, water from shower went on the ground outside. The drain wasn't connected so my foot made contact with something below it. Location is good. Walkable to everything including the train station. Bottom line: if my rooms air conditioner wasn't an issue and could remain on without a key card, I might give this 5 stars. Air is 1 star, bed and staff were a 5, so I gave it an average of 3.

I liked the property. Location was good for restaurants and bars but it’s a fair walk to tourist attractions - outside of the colosseum and forum. Aside from this we enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay with my two daughters the room was just right for the three of us. The staff were extremely helpful in answering our questions and offering recommendations. The hotel’s location was ideal, within walking distance of many of the places we wanted to visit.

Location is great. Area feels safe and close to the train station. Staff was extremely helpful and polite. Room was a good size and properly equipped with all amenities. Overall great property. Highly recommended and will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Rome.

A quick and easy check-in and a very cosy comfortable room. Shower was great, good water pressure. Water and coffee in the room was a welcome touch. Good walking distance to most highlights of Rome and close to Termini station.

Cute affordable hotel that was close to termini station and easy to find with google maps. Only a 10 minute walk with luggage. They did have luggage storage which was great since we arrived at 10am and checkin wasn’t til 3pm. Beds/pillows were clean and comfortable. Bathroom could use a deep clean as there was a lot of mildew in the shower. In room coffee was a lifesaver for our 5am departure. It suited our needs for one nite after returning from our cruise
