OASIS NEXT TO VATICANO

You will be here, in a true oasis of peace and

tranquility in a residential area.

There are no shops, bars or restaurants nearby, no

noise from outside, you can sleep blissfully late, at

peace with yourself and the world...


The apartment is on the ground floor, at the end of a

street that gives on a park very neat, clean, fenced,

with play area for children and area for dogs (that at

home are welcome).


A room and the living room are overlooking the

garden inside.

The apartment is on the ground floor, the entrance

door is armored, has a lock security that opens with

your personal code (is changed at each check out), an

external camera, together with the internal video

surveillance system and exterior of the building,

guarantees maximum security.

Only eco-friendly products were used in the

installation, energy electric is solar.

It consists of a room (blue color) for two guests (choice

of one bed double or two singles), a single room, both

with private bathroom, and a living

room/kitchen/dining room.

All windows have mosquito nets.

In the headboard of each bed there are 2 usb sockets

and power outlets under the bedside tables.

The lighting is with lights suspended above each

bedside table and the chandelier in the center of the

ceiling.

Mattresses, 20 cm thick, rest on wooden slats for

maximum comfort (hotel mattresses are about 17 cm

high): the pillows are made of memory foam.

The wardrobe is illuminated with LED strips, and inside

it is placed the safe, which you can use with a

combination of your choice.

On the sides of the cabinet there are two armchairs

and a vertical mirror of 1.80 meters.

The bathroom offers a very large emotional shower

and powerful shower head:

Inside you find 3 dispensers of soap, shampoo and

conditioner for hair.

On the sink there are soap dispenser and toothbrush

holder.

Next to the sink mirror I put another smaller mirror

(removable) to allow for makeup or shaving.

In the drawer under the sink you find the hairdryer

(high power) and toilet paper:

The vertical heater next to the sink can also be used to

heat towels.

Next to the sink is the trash can.

In the living room/ kitchen there is a leather sofa for 4

people, also usable as double sofa bed, very spacious

and comfortable.

The dining table has 4/5 chairs, there is a LG smart tv

with adjustable stand for angle at will, wifi internet

connection, Netflix and Prime videos are free.

The kitchen consists of a refrigerator with freezer

compartment, dishwasher (with detergent), Nespresso

coffee machine and capsules, American coffee

machine and coffee pack, kettle and tea bags, white

sugar sachets and sugar of cane, paper napkins, single

tablecloths, horizontal toaster (usable also as

grill/plate ), microwave oven, induction hobs, coffee

cups, tea cups and herbal teas, bowls and soups;

extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper, red wine vinegar,

white vinegar, vinegar balsamic of Modena, battery

complete with pots and pans, cutlery for 12

people, glasses for water, wine, and goblets.

Cooking utensils, rags for drying (there is a dish

drainer inside the upper doors), large paper rolls,

dishwasher with detergent, for those prefer to wash

the dishes by hand there is detergent and sponges .

The recycling bins are under the sink.

On the side of the living room/ kitchen there is the

second bathroom (also serving the second single

room, green):

It has a very large emotional shower with powerful

head: inside you find the soap dispenser, shampoo

and conditioner for hair.

Next to the main mirror is placed another (removable)

mirror for allow makeup or shaving.

A high-powered hairdryer and toilet paper are in the

drawer under the sink: next to the heater, which can

also be used to heat towels, there is a bidet,

the washing machine with detergent, the clothes-

stender.

At the side of the sink the trash can.

In the single room, you have a wardrobe and wall

drawers, and another safe (combination of your

choice).

The bed has a wooden slatted net on which it lays a

mattress 20 cm thick,

The cushions are memory foam.

Double usb socket on the headboard, electrical outlet

next to the bed, lighting with central chandelier.

There is also an iron and ironing board, and a table to

use the laptop.


Those who come by car must take the exit for Vatican

City on the ring road (15 minutes).

Parking in the area is free: on request I can book

parking at payment, guarded 24 hours.

170 meters from the house there is the metro station

"Baldo degli Ubaldi" of the direct line to the Vatican

(reachable on foot in a few minutes), the Termini train

station, Piazza San Pietro, Piazza del Popolo (park of

Villa Borghese and Galleria Borghese, Pincio Gardens),

Piazza di Spagna (Trinità dei Monti and the streets of

fashion: Via del Corso, Via del Babuino, Via Condotti,

and not far the Pantheon) Piazza Venice (a few steps

from Piazza Navona and Trastevere), the Colosseum,

the Imperial Forums, the Mouth of Truth and the

Circus Maximus.

At the corner with Via Baldo degli Ubaldi there are

bars, supermarkets, (one with bakery that bakes pizza,

focaccia and desserts every 30 minutes, you can smell

the scent a few meters from home), grocery stores

with typical regional products, a pharmacy and two

ATMs, restaurants and rotisseries with pizza and

gluten-free dishes.

I am particularly greedy (weight only 120 kg :-)): a

guarantee....

I will prepare a list of my favorite restaurants (not for

tourists or too expensive), also with vegetarian, vegan

and gluten-free dishes.

I will also suggest places to visit, not always present in

tourist guides.


Getting to the apartment from Fiumicino airport is

very easy:

by taxi or private transport that I will gladly arrange.

For those who prefer public transport there is a train

that in 30 minutes to the train station Termini, there

you can take the metro line A (red) in direction

Battistini and get off at the stop Baldo degli Ubaldi.

I advise you to follow the indications for the lifts: at

the exit you will find yourself on Via Baldo degli

Ubaldi: A few minutes later, at No. 201 (Crai

Supermarket) you will arrive at the corner with

Via Girolamo Vitelli, the apartment is at number 20.

Two days before your arrival I will show you how to

open the condominium door, and your personal code

to open the door of the apartment.

I will always be available, and so will two of my
