Nicla's Home is a modern and welcoming apartment, just renovated, a few steps from Trastevere Station. An ideal place to spend your holidays in Rome. But also a perfect suite for your business in the capital.
The house consists of a living room with a two-seater sofa bed and a complete kitchenette, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
The apartment is located on the first floor of an apartment building in the Marconi district. It is a comfortable apartment, furnished with care and attention and consists of a bright living room equipped with a comfortable sofa bed, a 42 "TV and air conditioning; a kitchenette complete with fridge, microwave, Nespresso, toaster, kettle , etc .; a bathroom with shower, hairdryer, washing machine; a bedroom with a double bed, a wardrobe with two sliding doors, a 32 "TV, two closable chairs and a suitcase holder.
Internet access via WiFi is free and unlimited.
The house can comfortably accommodate four people, two in the double bedroom and two more in the comfortable sofa which turns into a comfortable bed for two.
The apartment is also equipped with a central heating system and an autonomous hot water production system.
