Perfect Location & Amazing Stay - 10 out of 10!

I am so happy to have found this apartment. It was a perfect stay and is in a great location. A quick walk to all shopping, and is in the heart of Rome. Check-in and out was a breeze and the hosts were so phenomenal. The Apartment: It was spotless and perfect for our 3 day stay. It provided a bathroom off of the bedroom, and also one down the hallway. The kitchen was perfect for making a quick breakfast and coffee was provided. There was also a fold out futon in the living room. The hosts were perfect. Prior to check-in they were very communicative and also shared a list of local spots with great tasting food recommendations.

Five stars all around!

Had to give this 5 stars! The host was the most accommodating I’ve had ever. Location is superb for Rome. Upscale neighborhood, dining, walk to Trevi and Spanish steps. Very comfortable safe environment. It was just my wife and I but you could put a few kids on futon sofa In the living area if needed. I will definitely book again.

Beautiful and so well located

A beautiful, newly renovated apartment in the heart of the Spanish Steps/upscale shopping area, Rione III Colonna was a pleasure to rent. Christine who checked us in was on time, well-informed, super pleasant and gave us some good suggestions for dining. The apartment itself is clean, modern and has all amenities. Beds were comfortable and showers worked well. It has a very well-appointed kitchen too. Francesco, the contact person via VRBO was easy to communicate with as well. I would stay here again and recommend! A+

Wonderful localisation in Roma

Struttura ristrutturata da poco, ben arredata e curata nelle finiture. La zona centralissima è ideale a due passi da tutti i monumenti e dalla stazione della metro. Francesco al momento dell'accoglienza è strato gentilissimo e in grado di dare ogni informazione utile al soggiorno. Inoltre il giorno della partenza ci ha lascito la disponibilità dell'appartamento oltre l'orario previsto, dato che i clienti successivi sarebbero arrivati solo il mattino successivo. Ottima esperienza
