On arrival staff were friendly and welcoming. Room was great, it was clean and the air con was a great addition after a day in the sun. Close to a lot of sites, most within a 20 min walk and the amount of shops/restaurants up and down we're incredible. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We arrived early and the room was ready so we checked in early. The properties greatest asset is its location, everything is within walking distance and close to the Metro and bus station too. We checked out and left our luggage there which is a big help when you have a later flight. We would recommend a stay hear for a city break. Mick & Jo

I usually don't like to do bad reviews but this one was a hard to let pass. I chose that hotel because of location and the room. Location is great but the room was disappointing. First of, it doesn't feel vintage, it feels old with broken furniture. We stayed 4 nights, and NEVER had the room cleaned. We put the tag on the door asking for a house cleaner and they only changed the towels and took out the trash. The reason that I chose that room was because the jacuzzi, that was big. Guess what, we couldn't really use much because after using it it get dirty. After first night, I tried to clean myself to use it again, but after second time it got too dirty. We arrived on Friday, after checking in, we sent a message asking to refill the shampoo and body lotion bottle that was on the wall, SHE NEVER REPLIED. she just disappeared the whole time, a night before check out she texted me to ask what time we would check out. Thank God we had shampoo and conditioner, otherwise we would have to buy it. That room is extremely humid, we had to empty out the humidifier every single night, plus it get really hot the room. There's one A/C splinter in the other room and it's not enough to cool down the whole studio, specially if you had the jacuzzi on with hot water. It says complimentary drinks, literally was one bottle of juice in the mini fridge. It was really frustrating since Rome was our last destination and we were so tired and wanted to enjoy more the jacuzzi.

The front desk people are very like. The area is walking distance to colosseum, Travis fountain, Spanish steps. Many restaurants around the area. Small shops, leathers shop. Very convenient areas.

This is a great little property in a convenient location for all the main sites, termini station and the metro / buses. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the Team made it easy for us. I think for the number of stars of accommodation and price, it’s very good - clean, comfortable, nice little touches like coffee machine, pastries for the morning and flower decorations, daily beds making and shampoo sachets. It felt safe and we had no concerns at all. I was there as a single mum of two for four nights and we had a very enjoyable stay. Thank you.
