I recently stayed for 3 nights. The only issue with this property was that they did not communicate with me until a day or so before arrival. Even Expedia could not get in touch with them. The property is on the 3rd floor of a building. They will send you a code to enter the building and their section of the 3rd floor. On occasion, I did notice a caretaker. She was extremely polite and very helpful. There is a place to store the luggage and you can pick it up later once you check-out. The room was clean and they provided fresh towels every day. Within 10 minutes you can walk to the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps. The building, the street and the neighborhood felt safe.

This was an excellent centrally located spot. Lovely accommodation and staff very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend and look forward to an opportunity to stay here again

Terrible place from hotels.com

The place is terrible. The room door is unsecured. I couldnโ€™t live there with my family at all. I ended up booked another place. People should stay away from this property! I am also very disappointed with hotels.com. I used hotels.com for years but because of this experience, I will never use it again. First of all, I donโ€™t understand why hotels.com allowing such property to be listed on site. Secondly, I am disappointed with how they handled my refund.

This place worked well for us. The woman who checked us in and handled the arrangements was super friendly. Bed sheets and room were clean. Main complaint was the bathroom was kind of gross with mold and mildew in the corners and the toilet seat wasnโ€™t exactly stable. But for the value of the price and the good location, itโ€™s a fine deal. We had a rental car and the overnight garage was five minute walk away and cost only 20 euro/night.

When I booked the pictures absolutely did not depict what was actually at the property. The outside is run down, the elevator was not working and the room was not what was pictured at time of booking.

La habitaciรณn es como se ve en fotos pero no dicen que es dentro del apartamento venden las habitaciones a varios huespedes, la cocina es comunal, el apartamento es comunal, el edificio es viejo y sucio. Es una total sorpresa el ingreso, No es Hotel ni tampoco es apartamento privado y nunca lo dicen. Muy truculento!!
