Elevator in building is deceiving.

The apartment is nice and in a great location, but although there is an elevator in the building, it is difficult to access this apt especially with bags. The elevator is in another part of the building in which you have to use a very small spiral staircase going up one floor and other small flights of stairs to use it, and it's an old-style cage elevator. Otherwise, the only way to directly access this apt is 6 flights of stairs that can be exhausting unless your young and fit. Also, the washer/ dryer does not dry.

Fantastic Location & Great Stay!

We really loved the location of this apartment — within a half hour or less of all the major spots in Rome! Plus having the AC in the bedroom and living space was crucial for the hot (+95 degrees F) days we were there. Overall a fantastic experience in a cute, clean and quiet neighborhood.

Great in so many ways!

I loved spending 5 weeks in this apartment. It was as pictured, but even nicer and larger in person. The apartment was very clean and had exceptionally cold air conditioning, which was a great relief during the extremely hot summer. The bed was large and very comfortable. The location cannot be beat...within easy walking distance to all the main attractions of Rome, with many good restaurants, shops, and grocery stores nearby, and the building itself is clean and safe. WiFi worked perfectly and having satellite TVs was a nice feature. Communication with the owner was fantastic! Giorgia answered all of my many questions both before and during the stay with speed and kindness. This apartment had everything I wanted or needed! I hope to return here again as I found it a perfect stay for a "Roman Holiday"!
