We only had 1 night in Rome and this was perfect spot. Close to train and airport and walking distance to everything you would want to see in one day. Room was clean, bed comfy and complimentary breakfast helped get us on our way. We were greeted by the host and she was friendly and efficient. Definitely would stay again.

Don’t be fooled by the unassuming entry way… if you want to live like a local while in Rome, this is it. Paola was excellent at communicating with us to have our room ready even a few hours early, spacious bright clean room with a balcony, breakfast included was so lovely. Great ac for Europe as it was still hot. Walkable, helpful tips, and arrangements for taxis when asked, Nice shower lots of hot water and toiletries available to you, great area - the bathroom door is glass so you kinda got to be comfortable with your roommate hearing you if they are in the room but this also seems to be the going style. But really such a great room/spot for the price. And as an added bonus, just across the street is Il Corallo posters… GREAT eatery, so close and we even saw Ming Tsai celebrity chef eating there our last night- what more recommendation could we give?!

Check in was easy and the room was perfect! We did not spend a lot of time in the room but there was AC in the room and it was perfect to regroup midday. Breakfast was included and very easy to coordinate! We just filled out a breakfast card each night and selected the time they would bring it to our room.

Awesome place to stay in rome. In a great neighborhood, close walk to loads of amazing attractions. Piazza navona, pantheon, Vatican, tiber river, all very easy walks. Breakfast brought to your room every morning was fresh and delicious, eggs to order, meats, croissants. Be sure to try the restaurant the alley, Il corolla, very good.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel! The location couldn’t have been better – just steps away from plenty of great restaurants, bars, and nightlife, which made it easy to enjoy the city without worrying about long commutes or rideshares. Despite being so close to the action, the hotel itself felt calm and comfortable, giving me the best of both worlds. The room was clean, modern, and well-kept, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff was friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with recommendations or directions. I especially appreciated how easy check-in and check-out were – smooth and stress-free. If you’re looking for a spot that combines convenience, comfort, and access to plenty of dining and entertainment, this hotel is a perfect choice. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Roman Holiday

Great location with easy walking access to many many of Rome’s iconic sites. Spoilt for choice with restaurants and shopping close by. Breakfast provided by host was an absolute treat with many options. Having your own balcony was an added bonus.

First Rome Experience.. 10/10

Location = Perfectly central to ‘main tourist’ sights and other ‘lesser-known’, as well as countless amazing restaurants in every direction. To/From = Extremely efficient taxi service booked via the reception. The drivers WhatsApp you (with display pictures) hours before pick-up.. this is perfect for safety, and professionalism. At the hotel.. 4 flights of stairs (sounds scarier than it actually is) OR use of a 2-man lift (with one small case each). Staff = Efficient, friendly, helpful, thoughtful, presentable.. also WhatsApp you days before your arrival with Introduction/Greetings and instructions. Breakfast delivered to your room (upon requested time and order). Room (101) = Open plan modern rooms have beautiful ceilings true to the history of Rome architecture, with a spacious bathroom built insert (shower, toilet, bidet, basin, and essentials provided!) semi-long (but narrow) Balcony with stunning view of the rooftops.

This hotel was in a great location and very close to lots of restaurants. The breakfast service was great and was brought at the time we requested. We were able to walk to many attractions. The only time we took a taxi was to the Colosseum, mostly due to the heat. We were happy we paid for the airport transportation service because it made arriving at the hotel much smoother. Would highly recommend this hotel!

This is a good place to stay but the elevator/stairs situation is a little cumbersome with a lot of luggage. They definitely give you special attention and you feel as though you’re their only guests. They had our room ready early and held our bags the last day of our stay. Breakfast is a nice touch.

We had an excellent stay the Le Suite Del Barone. Because of a flight delay we arrived a bit later than expected, but the folks there were super responsive and helpful. The location is super. Minutes from Piazza Navona/Pantheon one way and the Tiber the other. They also have very nice recommendations for places to eat and Rome guide books in the rooms. FYI, it can be a little loud in the room if you are on the street side and have the windows open, but only because it is on a vibrant street, and it is mostly diners and walkers that you hear--which we didn't mind at all. The breakfast was also just right. We really recommend Le Suite Del Barone strongly.

In such a great location, walking distance to so many restaurants and a great shopping street. Bed was very clean and comfortable, Internet access was very easy. The lobby area was always so hot during my stay, but wasn’t bothersome since you don’t spend much time there. And the AC in the rooms worked perfectly so it was fine. My only bother was that I stayed for a week and they basically made me leave my room one day before 12pm so they could clean the room, which I didn’t request for that day and it was the day before I was checking out anyway. But that was a small bother. I very much enjoyed my stay and would stay again. The breakfast delivery every morning at the time of your choice was FABULOUS and all of the staff were so nice, especially Paola!!! Love her.

Such a cool stay. In a really good area with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Really recommend the local salumeria too! We stayed in the smallest room in the property but plenty of room for the two of us for a week. Loved the breakfast. You pick the night before the time you would like it delivered to the room and what you want. So nice before long and busy days. If you arrive after the reception time, they make it very easy. The only note which was not a problem for us, there are 3 steps to get into the elevator both at the ground level and at the level of the suites. But many of these older buildings are like this and Rome isn’t super accessible as a city. Did not bother us and not the hotels fault as it is a communal building. Very very quiet rooms!

Location, location, location! This was a convenient walk to almost everywhere. There is a wonderful restaurant right across the street with a friendly and accommodating waitstaff. They welcomed me back when I extended my stay, too. It was air-conditioned and had a lot of charm.
