Read carefully before booking.

Booked this as a non refundable week for New Years thinking it would be fun to stay together for the trip. Location is all this apartment has going for it! Upon arrival we were immediately asked for a room tax of 3.50 per person per night and a 70.00 cleaning fee. (Euros). Requested them in cash. And 150.00 hold for damages. We weeent told this penthouse was on the 5th floor with an elevator that fits 1 person at a time. One of the people in our group had recently had knee surgery so did use the elevator, the rest of us climbed the stairs that are very dark at night. Upon review of the residence we noticed that we were left with 2 rolls of toilet tissue and 1 bath towel each for one week. They advertise 2 showers but the one bathroom is not useable as the water runs all over the floor so we all had to use one bathroom that is smaller than a closet. This offers no comforts of any penthouse and we regret we didn’t book the hotel right near by that actually cost less. The manager Marco is nice and did arrange transportation for us for 60 euros each way from the airport. A taxi is 48 but the convenience of that was nice. The location is the only thing this place has going for it. I highly recommend you book the hotel next door.

amazing flat in the heart of rome!

amazing location amazing veranda and bedrooms. very small bathrooms. we enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend this flat!

The owners were very helpful and accommodating. Getting the keys took a bit of time, but otherwise it was great. It is close to the Spanish Steps, so that is a great location. The owner also arranged for a cab to the airport for our departure, which was very helpful.
