This hotel was recommended by a friend and we were not disappointed. The location is not far from Roma Termini as well as Metro and city bus. It is a 15-20 minute walk to most of the main attractions and we mostly walked. The breakfast at the hotel was great, lots of options. We are a family of 4 and the family suite was very spacious. Also there is a laundry room on site which was a great perk. We would definitely stay here again!

Great hotel

Very conveniently located, within a 15 minute walk of the Colosseum, the forum, Trevi fountain, Spanish steps and more. The breakfast that is included is excellent as well. The rooms are very modern and clean. Truly a great deal!

Overall, great stay. The standouts are their attention to detail with amenities. They provide water, juice, and snacks everyday. They have a sauna, sunroof, and amazing breakfast with fresh fruit and so many choices for a reasonable cost. This is not your typical American continental breakfast but a quality selection of meats, cheeses, pastries, yogurts, fruits and vegetables. Every type of coffee you desire. This Rome one is in a highly convenient location as it is in proximity to the main high speed train station as well as metro. If we are in Milan, Florence, or Rome, we will not think twice about booking IQ.

An absolute gem in the center of Rome

The property is lovely. Great restaurant on the roof and a fabulous breakfast downstairs. The Jacuzzi on the rooftop was a nice touch and it was wonderful to have a place to hang out outside of the room. Love the wine, vending machine! The staff was amazing. Very friendly and so accommodating. This is my third time staying at this hotel and I’m sure it will not be my last.

The hotel had wonderful breakfast and it was walkable to many sights and very close to Metro. Staff was helpful at all times! Clean rooms, bed comfortable, and snacks in mini refrigerator were complimentary and restocked daily. Would highly recommend!

Male here 42, took my 68 yo mother with me at the end of July during full summer time. We are from Miami, USA. We know heat and humidity. This iQ hotel had perfectly working air conditioning that you can control the temperature yourself, the guess, from inside your room. Read that twice, slowly. I have traveled alone before to Rome and had issues in other hotels with the AC. Not here. Not here! Everything else is immaculate. Excellent hotel, the space, the restroom, clean, and quiet. Mattress is comfortable. Beds were single size, but it is okay. We are not in Vegas with Queen size standard beds. This is Europe!...We even used the Jacuzzi on the top floor. It was not heated but it does bubble up, fun. Stuff in the fridge was free! What! 2 beers, water and juice. Great. It also had a safe in the room large for a laptop to fit in. Location is central. Everything works. I am the guy that would sleep on the floor on a brick and can battle it through, but If I took my mother to this hotel, I am damn sure you will be fine and not regret staying in this location.

This hotel was hands down one of the best hotel experiences with my family of 5 during my stay to Italy (we stayed at 4 diff properties). All the employees should be commended for their positive attitude and quality of service. The rooms were spotless the amenities were excellent. We purchased the morning breakfast buffet and my teen children loved the food. The staff at the restaurant were excellent from the host to the support staff and provided excellent serve with a smile. The food was varied and delicious. I would definitely stay at an IQ hotel in the future. KUDOS!!!!

Amazing Stay

What a wonderful hotel! We truly enjoyed our stay and found it to be excellent from start to finish. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating, the room was impeccably clean with nice amenities and bath products, the breakfast was the star of the show with an amazing Buffett and self serve espresso/ cappuccino. Would 10 of 10 stay again and again!
