This hotel is not far from all there is to do in Rome. It’s about 2 blocks from the main train/metro station. The staff here is exceptional. They messaged well before the trip to be sure we had what we needed to make our stay memorable. They assisted with directions, advice, and a take-away snack when we missed breakfast for an early day at the Vatican. The staff was kind and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. We will recommend this to our friends.

The room was clean and spacious. The staff were excellent, they’re courteous and helpful regarding any questions you may have from how to get around to where to eat. The location is two blocks from the Termini and is perfect for taking public transportation and getting around Rome. We bought an unlimited week pass that was good for the bus, the subway and the tram (29 euro per person) and we got our money’s worth. Special shout out to Marco, who I thought was AI, for being so responsive to our questions before we even got to Rome!

The hotel maintained excellent communication from the moment i booked until I checked out. The room was spacious and clean and the room safe was a welcome amenity. the bathroom was very clean as well. Maid service did a great job. We had a wonderful stay here the rooms were spacious and very accommodating. I stayed at another 4 star hotel the first nights in Rome and i 100% percent prefer hotel orlanda. Im almost mad i didnt book this hotel before. Close to the trains i had my doubts from previous reviews that said the area was dangerous at night but it was not dangerous at all for us.

I could not have picked a better hotel than Hotel Orlanda. The accomodations were excellent and the staff could not have been more accomodating, from front desk staff to housekeeping/environmental! The hotel is close to many landmarks, museums and church's and there is plenty of reataurants, shopping and laundry service in the area! Thank you for for everything Hotel Orlanda, see you in 2027!!
