A perfect location for what I needed; easy access to the train station. While it might be a bit noisy on the street side for light sleepers, I found the room very comfortable. The reception staff was very helpful and packed a breakfast for me when I had to leave before the buffet opened. The roof top bar was also very nice. Thank you for a great stay!

Staff was really kind and helpful. We arrived early so they kept our baggage until our room was ready. Room was very clean and quiet so we rested very good since we were travelling next morning. Location is very good. You can walk to all the touristic places, such as the Spanish steps, Trevi fountain and such.

Disappointing stay- Not worth the price

Disappointing and Unpleasant Stay – Not Worth the Price Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was both disappointing and unpleasant. Over the course of three nights, the noise from neighboring rooms—both beside and above—was excessive and constant. Despite informing the hotel staff, no effective action was taken. We were not offered an alternative room, and the problem persisted throughout our stay, making it incredibly stressful and uncomfortable. To make matters worse, during breakfast, we discovered a hair in the cheese tray. We showed this to the staff, who simply removed the tray without offering any apology or explanation, and replaced it as if it were completely normal. This lack of hygiene and accountability was shocking. Additionally, the hotel limits guests to just one cappuccino per person at breakfast. This felt unnecessarily stingy and unlike any other hotel I’ve stayed at—where guests are never restricted on basic items like coffee. While the hotel is conveniently located near the train station, that’s about the only positive. Given the noise issues, poor customer service, and disappointing breakfast experience, I do not recommend this hotel. For the price, there are plenty of better, cleaner, and more peaceful options available. Save your money—and your peace of mind—and book elsewhere for a more pleasant stay.

This property was very, very close to the main train station, and also the bus station. We got a deluxe room and it was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was adequate, with cold cuts, eggs, sausages, all kinds of croissants and pastries, cold cereal, and all the cappuccino you could drink! The rooftop dining was about the best part of the steak, we got a delicious steak, tuna, tartare, Italian tacos, etc. in an air condition rooftop area, you had the option to eat alfresco, but wherever you are, you saw the beautiful sunsets over Rome
Plenty of seating for the breakfast area...
Terrific food on the rooftop, and the price was great...

Not as advertised

Start off by saying the hotel is lovely but what is advertised on hotels.com isn’t true. There was no valet parking, no porter or bell hop service and the rooms also weren’t soundproof. Limited street parking for a fee or park in a garage round corner. No one helped with bags or suitcases. The door man that was standing at the door didn’t even hold the door open when exiting. The rooms were absolutely not soundproof we woke up at 6am and could hear someone snoring from another room. I will say it is a nice hotel and within walking distance to main attractions and the rooms are big and spacious. The breakfast was below average, for hot food the sausages were actually cut up hotdogs and the bacon was a strange colour.
